Episode 22 - The Church, Politics and Critical Thinking - Isom Rigell
About Our Guest
Isom Rigell is a lifelong wanderer turned educator who grew up in the church and at every camp and conference he could attend. He still loves a good spiritual conversation, debates about theology and books by heretics like Rob Bell. Isom worked in secondary and higher education-teaching Bible, coaching several sports and being a “dorm dad” for 14 years. A lifelong Floridian, Isom recently moved to the “other coast” (west coast) of Florida to pursue a career in the secular world as the “Chief People Officer” at one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the state. Isom lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife Kelly and their three kids Laney, Nora and Dempsey.
